Introduction to the medical center, studying current business processes, preparing and discussing preliminary conclusions. At the end of the stage, the formation of a commercial proposal based on the collected information.

Solution development

Duration: 2-3 weeks

Stage 4

Development of individual, working process approaches based on the results of the questionnaire of current business processes, in order to improve their efficiency.

Solution implementation

Duration: 4-5 weeks

Stage 5

Implementation and integration of developed process approaches into current working business processes. Introduction of new system business processes.

Stage 6

Monitoring results of implemented and updated processes and their adjustment if necessary.
